The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a written agreement before work begins.

Requests outside the agreed scope, including additional pages, features, integrations, revisions beyond the agreed limit, or structural changes, may require a revised quote and additional fees. Zenrio Agency reserves the right to adjust timelines and pricing for scope changes.

Clients agree to provide all required content, assets, branding materials, login credentials, and approvals necessary to complete the project in a timely manner.

Delays in providing required materials or feedback may result in project delays and may affect agreed delivery timelines. Zenrio Agency is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by client delays.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided, including text, images, logos, and media, does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Project fees and payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins.

Final files, website launch, or transfer of ownership may be withheld until full payment has been received.

Late payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or additional fees as specified in the agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zenrio Agency retains ownership of all preliminary designs, drafts, and unused concepts.

Upon full and final payment, the client will receive ownership or licensed rights to the final approved website deliverables as defined in the project agreement.

Zenrio Agency reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Zenrio Agency will make reasonable efforts to ensure the website functions properly at the time of launch.

Unless a maintenance agreement is in place, ongoing updates, security monitoring, backups, hosting management, and software or plugin updates are the responsibility of the client after project completion.

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party hosting providers, plugins, software updates, or modifications made by the client or third parties after launch.

Websites may include third-party tools, plugins, themes, APIs, payment processors, or hosting services. Zenrio Agency is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing adjustments, or performance issues related to third-party services.

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of all third-party providers used within their website.

Zenrio Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services or website.

We do not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes from any website project.

Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the terms outlined in the project agreement.

In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or engage in unlawful activity.

All website content is owned by Zenrio Agency and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Zenrio Agency reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date above.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
